My Beautiful City creatively directed and produced a special Letters Live edition in aid of the KOKO Foundation, announcing Benedict Cumberbatch as Global Ambassador. The programme featured readings by Cate Blanchett, Minnie Driver, Idris Elba, Ghetts, Damian Lewis, FKA twigs and Taika Waititi, staged against a cinematic, text-led set with tightly plotted lighting cues and sound. Performances by Wyclef Jean and Celeste punctuated the evening. We engineered a clean guest journey, press line and VIP routing into a seated show, while showcalling, fundraising prompts and camera positions were calibrated to land powerfully in the room and translate directly to broadcast and social
