Celebrating the Harper’s Bazaar Icons portfolio by Carine Roitfeld, the sixth annual Icons event was designed to embody the brand and build a creative foundation for years to follow. Cartier was the event’s exclusive Maison partner.
Harper's Bazaar’s core colours (red, white, black, and gold) and Carine Roitfeld’s modern edge inspired striking lighting and scene installations which encouraged organic content moments for guests throughout the evening.
As attendees arrived, they were greeted by a string performance by violinist Call Me Margot and warm and alluring floral backdrops arranged by Brrch.
As guests like Zendaya, Janelle Monae, and Christy Turlington made their way to the Grand Ballroom of the Plaza Hotel, scaffolding structures created a pathway of illuminated portfolio content. Curated by Carine Roitfeld and shot by Mario Sorrenti, the portfolio featured the likes of Kate Moss, Regina King, Alek Wek, Celine Dion, Awkwafina and more.
As the evening's entertainment, Icons cover star Alicia Keys performed alongside DJ Heron Preston.
